Deluxe locations in Dallas and Denver with no contracts and no cancellation fees. Members get unlimited washes at their chosen tier, VIP Express Lane access, clean towels, compressed air, and car fragrance on every visit. Unlimited Plan members receive 50 percent off the Full Service Add-On every Wednesday at Lake Highlands, Garland, and Central Park. Best! membership holders receive a complimentary interior vacuum and hand dry at the Eastbridge location after every wash. Family plan add-ons are $15 per month per additional vehicle, up to five vehicles on one account. Your license plate is your membership card.

Frequently Asked Questions — Hello! Deluxe Membership

Is there a contract for a Unlimited Plan membership?

No. All Unlimited Plan memberships are month to month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime by visiting any Hello! Deluxe location or contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How does the membership work?

You sign up for a monthly membership at the wash tier of your choice. Your plan renews monthly and gives you unlimited washes at that tier across any Hello! Deluxe location in Dallas or Denver. Your license plate is automatically recognized at the pay station so you never need a card or app.

Can I use my membership at any Hello! Deluxe location?

Yes. Your Unlimited Plan membership is valid at all seven Hello! Deluxe locations including all five Dallas locations and both Denver locations.

What if I forget my membership card?

You do not need a card. Our system recognizes your vehicle by license plate automatically. Just pull up to the pay station and we will find your account.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?

Yes. Visit any Hello! Deluxe location or contact us to change your membership tier. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How much is a family plan?

Family plan add-ons are $15 per month per additional vehicle, up to five vehicles total on one account. All vehicles must be registered to the same household and billed to the same credit card.

Do members get discounts on full service and detailing?

Yes. Members receive 50 percent off the Full Service Add-On every Wednesday at Lake Highlands, Garland, and Central Park, dropping from $50 to $25. Members also receive discounted pricing on all detailing services at our Garland location.

What is the Wednesday Manager's Special?

Every Wednesday at all Hello! Deluxe locations, the Full Service Add-On interior cleaning is 50 percent off for all customers, dropping from $50 to $25. Members and non-members both receive this discount on Wednesdays. Full service is available from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Calling ahead is recommended as appointments fill quickly.

What does Best! membership include at Eastbridge?

Best! Wash customers and Best! membership holders at our Eastbridge Denver location receive a complimentary interior vacuum and hand dry by our team after every tunnel wash, in addition to all standard member benefits.

Do you offer bilingual service for membership signup?

Yes. Our team can help you sign up for a Unlimited Plan, add family vehicles, or answer membership questions in Spanish at every Hello! Deluxe location. Ofrecemos servicio en español.

Is there fleet pricing available?

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel by visiting any Hello! Deluxe location or contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

How do I add a vehicle to my family plan?

Visit any Hello! Deluxe location or submit a request through our contact form at hellocarwash.com/contact. All vehicles must be on the same account, registered to the same household, and billed to the same credit card. Additional vehicles are $15 per month each up to five total.
