The parcel adjacent to ours was home to the Barrow family filling station — one of the earliest service stations in this part of Dallas and a documented part of the neighborhood's history. When we developed this site, we chose to honor that history rather than ignore it.

Alec is known for freehand public murals across Deep Ellum, the Design District, and the Loop Dallas trail, and his most recent large-format commission was a forty-by-sixty-five-foot mural at the Frisco Discovery Center for the City of Frisco.


His work on Singleton Boulevard adds to the growing body of public art that is shaping the visual identity of West Dallas. The mural is permanent and visible from the street.
