Is there a contract for a membership?
No. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime.
How does a membership work?
You sign up for a monthly membership at the wash tier of your choice — Good! Standard, Great! Special, Better! Ultimate, or Best! Graphene. Your plan renews monthly and gives you unlimited washes at that tier across any Hello! Deluxe location. Members also receive VIP Express Lane access, clean towels, compressed air, discounted services, and car fragrance on every visit.
Can I use my membership at any Hello! location?
Yes. Your membership is valid at all Hello! Deluxe locations in Dallas and Denver.
Can I add family vehicles to my plan?
Yes. Family plan add-ons are $15/month per additional vehicle, up to five vehicles total on one account. All vehicles must be on the same account, registered to the same household, and billed to the same credit card. To add a vehicle, visit your nearest Hello! location or submit a request through our contact form.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes. Visit any Hello! location or contact us to change your membership.
What if I forget my membership?
Our system recognizes your vehicle by license plate, so you don't need a card. Just pull up and we'll find your account.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel by visiting any Hello! location or contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What wash packages do you offer?
We have four tiers:
- Good! Standard — $10 single / $25/mo: Foam bath and rinse
- Great! Special — $15 single / $30/mo: Adds undercarriage wash and tunnel wheel blasters
- Better! Ultimate — $20 single / $40/mo: Adds paint protection with dry and shine
- Best! Graphene — $25 single / $45/mo: Adds Graphene Shield tunnel treatment
What is a Graphene Shield wash?
The Graphene Shield is our top-tier tunnel treatment. Graphene is a carbon-based coating that creates a hydrophobic layer on your paint — water beads off, contaminants don't bond as easily, and the finish stays cleaner longer between washes. It's a particularly smart choice for Dallas summers and Denver road salt season.
What is a track-free conveyor?
Most car wash tunnels use a rail track that your tires ride in. Our system uses a flat conveyor belt instead, which means nothing guides or contacts your wheels or rims during the wash. It's gentler on your vehicle and eliminates the risk of rim scraping or tire stress.
Is your car wash safe for all vehicles?
Yes. Our track-free conveyor and soft-touch equipment are designed to be safe for standard vehicles, trucks, and SUVs. If you have a lifted vehicle, oversized tires, or special modifications, speak with a team member before entering the tunnel.
Do you wash the undercarriage?
Yes — the undercarriage wash is included in our Great! Special tier and above.
How long does a wash take?
Most tunnel washes take 3–5 minutes. Our express locations in Dallas and Denver are designed to be especially fast — in and out in minutes.
Do you offer free vacuums?
Member benefits include unlimited access to vacuums at all locations. Check with your specific location for vacuum availability.
What is the Hello! Promise?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your wash, we'll redo it at no cost to you. No questions, no hassle. Just let a team member know before you leave.
Does the Hello! Promise apply to memberships and single washes?
Yes. It applies to every wash, every customer, every time.
Which location offers detailing?
Full auto detailing is available exclusively at Hello! Garland, 3335 South Garland Avenue, Garland, TX 75041. All other locations offer tunnel washes and select add-ons.
What detailing services are available at Garland?
The Hello! Garland detail menu includes:
- Full Service Add-On: $50 / $25 Members (interior clean including vacuum, wipe down, console, door jambs, compressed air)
- Interior Detail: $200 cars / $225 SUVs & trucks (compressed air blowout, vinyl and leather protection, carpet shampoo, deep seat clean, deodorizing scent)
Do I need an appointment for detailing?
Tunnel washes are always walk-in, no appointment needed. For detailing services, we recommend calling ahead — especially for the Wednesday Manager's Special, which books up. Full-service appointments are available 11am–4pm.
What is the Wednesday Manager's Special?
Every Wednesday at all locations, the Full Service Add-On is 50% off — $25 for everyone. Call your location in advance to schedule between 11am and 4pm.

Dallas locations: Monday–Saturday 7am–8pm, Sunday 9am–6pm Denver locations: Monday–Saturday 7am–8pm, Sunday 9am–6pm
Do I need an appointment?
Never. Tunnel washes are always walk-in. Detailing services at Garland are walk-in as well, though we recommend calling ahead for full detail packages and Wednesday specials.
How eco-friendly is Hello! Deluxe?
Our car wash system reclaims 85–90% of water used in every wash cycle. Our equipment is designed to minimize electricity use and limit the amount of cleaning chemicals applied per vehicle. Washing your car at Hello! uses significantly less water than a typical home driveway wash.
Is washing your car at a car wash better for the environment than washing at home?
Home driveway washing typically sends soapy, chemical-laden runoff directly into storm drains and waterways. Our system captures, treats, and recycles wash water, keeping contaminants out of the local water supply.
