No. All Freedom Plan memberships are month to month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime by visiting any Hello! Deluxe location or contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

You sign up for a monthly membership at the wash tier of your choice: Good! Standard, Great! Special, Better! Ultimate, or Best! Graphene Shield. Your plan renews monthly and gives you unlimited washes at that tier across any Hello! Deluxe location in Dallas or Denver. Members also receive VIP Express Lane access, clean towels, compressed air, discounted services, and car fragrance on every visit.

Yes. Your Freedom Plan membership is valid at all seven Hello! Deluxe locations in Dallas and Denver. Your license plate is your membership card and is automatically recognized at the pay station at every location.

You do not need a card. Our system recognizes your vehicle by license plate automatically. Just pull up to the pay station and we will find your account.

Yes. Visit any Hello! Deluxe location or contact us to change your membership tier. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can cancel by visiting any Hello! Deluxe location or contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle with no cancellation fees.

Yes. Family plan add-ons are $15 per month per additional vehicle, up to five vehicles total on one account. All vehicles must be on the same account, registered to the same household, and billed to the same credit card. To add a vehicle, visit your nearest Hello! Deluxe location or submit a request through our contact form at hellocarwash.com/contact.

Each additional vehicle on a family plan is $15 per month. You can add up to five vehicles total on a single account.

Yes. Members receive 50 percent off the Full Service Add-On every Wednesday at Lake Highlands, Garland, and Central Park, dropping from $50 to $25. Members also receive discounted pricing on detailing services at our Garland location. Ceramic paint protectant is $15 for members versus $30 standard. Graphene spray paint protectant is $30 for members versus $60 standard.

If you wash your car twice or more per month, the Freedom Plan pays for itself. The Good! Standard plan is $25 per month. Two single Good! Standard washes at $10 each cost $20. At three washes per month you save $5. At four washes per month you save $15. At higher tiers the math works the same way. Members also receive Wednesday full service discounts and member pricing on detailing that non-members do not receive.

• Best! Graphene Shield:$25 single wash / $45 per month membership. Everything in Better! plus the Graphene Shield nano-ceramic tunnel treatment. Best! membership holders at Eastbridge also receive a complimentary interior vacuum and hand dry after every wash.

The Graphene Shield is our top-tier tunnel treatment. It applies a nano-ceramic protectant that bonds to your paint surface, creating a hydrophobic layer that causes water to bead off, resists road salt and contaminant bonding, provides UV protection, and keeps your finish cleaner longer between washes. It is included in the Best! Graphene Shield tier and available as a single wash add-on.

Yes. The undercarriage wash is included in the Great! Special tier and above.

Good! Standard includes a foam bath, rinse, and all member benefits. Great! Special adds undercarriage wash and tunnel wheel blasters. Better! Ultimate adds paint protection with dry and shine. Best! Graphene Shield adds the Graphene Shield nano-ceramic tunnel treatment. All tiers include free self-serve vacuums after the wash.

Most car wash tunnels use a rail track system that your tires ride in as metal chains pull your vehicle through the tunnel. Our system uses a flat rubber belt conveyor instead. Your tires ride on the flat surface with no metal chain contact against your wheels or wheel wells. That means no rim scraping risk, no lateral stress on your tire sidewalls, and a noticeably smoother, quieter ride through the wash from entry to exit. Every Hello! Deluxe location uses belt-driven conveyor technology.

Yes. Our belt-driven conveyor and soft-touch equipment are designed to be safe for standard vehicles, trucks, and SUVs. If you have a lifted vehicle, oversized tires, or special modifications, speak with a team member before entering the tunnel.

Most tunnel washes take three to five minutes from entry to exit. Free self-serve vacuum bays are available after every wash.

Yes. Free self-serve vacuum bays are available to all customers after every wash at all Hello! Deluxe locations. No coins, no add-on fees, and no membership required.

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your wash, we will redo it at no cost to you. No questions, no hassle. Just let a team member know before you leave. The Hello! Promise applies to every wash, every customer, every time, at every Hello! Deluxe location.

Yes. The Hello! Promise applies to every wash regardless of whether you are a Freedom Plan member or a single wash customer.

Full service interior cleaning is available at Hello! Deluxe Lake Highlands, Hello! Deluxe Garland, and Hello! Deluxe Central Park in Denver. The Full Service Add-On includes interior vacuum, wipe down, console cleaning, door jamb cleaning, and compressed air. Standard pricing is $50. Freedom Plan member pricing is $25. Every Wednesday the Full Service Add-On is 50 percent off for all customers at $25.

Full auto detailing is available exclusively at Hello! Deluxe Garland at 3335 South Garland Avenue, Garland, TX 75041. It is the only Hello! Deluxe location with a complete detailing menu.

The Hello! Garland detailing menu includes the following services.

• Full Service Add-On:$50 standard / $25 members. Includes interior vacuum, wipe down, console cleaning, door jamb cleaning, and compressed air.
• Interior Detail:$200 for cars / $225 for SUVs and trucks. Includes compressed air blowout, vinyl and leather protection, carpet shampoo, deep seat cleaning, and deodorizing scent treatment.
• Ceramic paint protectant:$30 standard / $15 members.
• Graphene spray paint protectant:$60 standard / $30 members.

Tunnel washes are always walk-in with no appointment needed. For full service and detailing at Garland, we recommend calling ahead, especially for the Wednesday Manager’s Special, which books up quickly. Full service and detail appointments are available from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Every Wednesday at all Hello! Deluxe locations, the Full Service Add-On interior cleaning is 50 percent off for all customers, dropping from $50 to $25. This applies to both members and non-members. Full service is available from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Calling ahead is recommended as Wednesday appointments fill quickly, especially at Garland where full auto detailing is also available.

Eastbridge does not offer paid full service interior cleaning. However, Best! Wash customers and Best! membership holders at Eastbridge receive a complimentary interior vacuum and hand dry by our team after every tunnel wash. For paid full service interior cleaning, visit our Central Park location on North Central Park Boulevard.

Both Denver locations are open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. This applies to both Central Park and Eastbridge.

No. Tunnel washes are always walk-in. Detailing services at Garland are also walk-in, though we recommend calling ahead for full detail packages and Wednesday specials.

Yes. Hello! Deluxe Los Altos is now open at 1211 Singleton Boulevard in the Los Altos neighborhood of West Dallas, between Hampton Road and Westmoreland Avenue approximately one mile west of Trinity Groves.

Yes. Hello! Deluxe Kessler Park is located at 2500 Fort Worth Avenue on the Fort Worth Avenue corridor, serving Kessler Park, Bishop Arts, and Oak Cliff. A Hello! Deluxe location in Jefferson-Oak Cliff is also coming soon.

Yes. Hello! Deluxe has two locations in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. Our full service location is at 5690 North Central Park Boulevard. Our Eastbridge express location is at 2975 North Iola Street, directly behind the King Soopers grocery store in the Eastbridge Town Center.

Our car wash system reclaims and recirculates 85 to 90 percent of water used in every wash cycle. Our equipment is designed to minimize electricity use and limit the amount of cleaning chemicals applied per vehicle. Washing your car at Hello! Deluxe uses significantly less water than a typical home driveway wash.

Yes. Home driveway washing typically sends soapy, chemical-laden runoff directly into storm drains and local waterways. Our system captures, filters, and recycles wash water, keeping contaminants out of the water supply. Our 85 to 90 percent water reclamation rate also means we use significantly less fresh water per wash than any home washing method.
